If you listen to the press conference,  you'll noticed that they mentioned that the "OWNER" of the "PETKNODE" are going to SUE the "Heroes" who saved the kitties because of tresspassing.. seriously, #LOL
kalau anda dengar press conference tersebut, anda akan perasan yang meraka menyebut bahawa pemilik PETKNODE akan menyaman penyelamat2 ni atas dakwaan menceroboh.. seriously, #LOL

the "CAT boarding center" has posted an apology note on their FB wall.

Although the cat shelter post apology note's on their FB wall, i couldnt  believed that THEY give Unacceptable excuse(S) to be pardon from what they have done.. NOT ENOUGH MODAL? 200+ X rm3 per day. per day is MORE THAN ENOUGH to pay for poor cat food.

i was surprised with the result of petknode case, the 2 "inhumane" humans are free, with only Rm200 fine(although they are without license), and the one who save the cats/kitten are going to be sued for trespassing, and best of all http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xHHUZUl_YoQ ~ Only in Malaysia!

~ Ignore the politician  if you are not interested in politics, this post is not about politic, but about humanity. but for me, what she says are true in one sort of way.

"seksyen 44(1) Akta Binatang 1953 memperuntukkan denda maksimum rm200 atau penjara 6 bulan utk seekor kucing / haiwan yg didera < rasanya sbb ingat x kes cina yg dera dgn pijak kucing yg cctv rakam tu kene rm400 kan.. aku pun x sure sbb aku x pernah plak buat kes ni. Kes2 mcm ni x jatuh dibwh kuasa polis atau kanun keseksaan. ini di bwh bidang kuasa jabatan perkhidmatan veterinar. kalau nk dakwa kena pegawai pendakwa jabatan perkhidmatan veterinar tu.. sbb tu polis hanya dapat tahan dua org tu dlm tempoh 24 jam. kalau x lepas dlm tempoh 24jam makanye akan jadi habeas corpus. berapa ekor kucing dan anjing dlm premis tu. kalau kata ada 50 ekor, kalau aku pegawai pendakwa aku akan buat 50 pertuduhan di mana satu pertuduhan denda maksimum rm200.. kalau majistret bagi rm200 utk 1 pertuduhan.. x50.. = rm10 000 kan.. (betul ke math aku ni)..

dan selain dari kesalahan ni, pemilik premis tu jalankan perniagaan haram. lesen dia hnya utk jual makann haiwan bukan boarding haiwan. yg tu kene bwh ssm punye act..."
